May miss off center symbols and larger data matrix/QR symbols. Can read all symbologies in any orientation in this mode.
2: Advanced linear decoding
Quick horizontal linear scans in center band of image. Not omnidirectional, does not read in any orientation. Cannot read 2D, OCR or postal symbols.
